"Google’s Popcorn Celebration: A Global Interactive Game of Popped Fun!"

Google's latest Doodle celebrates popcorn with an exciting, interactive game. Released on September 26, 2024, it marks the anniversary of the largest popcorn machine ever created at Carnival Magic Theme Park in Phuket, Thailand. The game is a battle royale-style competition where players start as unpopped kernels and face off in a 59-player match. The goal? To be the last kernel left unpopped while dodging projectiles fired from a giant butter stick in the middle of the arena.

Players can choose between three kernel types, each offering special abilities like healing, shielding, or throwing projectiles back at opponents. The game allows you to play solo or with friends in a "Squad Mode," making it more engaging as you strategize to outlast others.

You can access the game on Google's homepage or through the Google app, and it's available for players worldwide, uniting people from different regions in friendly popcorn-based competition.
